What We Cover
Crystal Shell warrants that our Paint Protection Film will be free of manufacturing defects for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Covered defects include: Yellowing (UV degradation), Staining, Cracking, Blistering, and Delamination.
Exclusions
Critical Clause: This warranty applies to the film chemistry only. Crystal Shell is not liable for defects arising from improper installation techniques, including but not limited to: silvering, stretch marks, lift lines, debris contamination, or sensor distortion.
Damage caused by road accidents, collisions, intentional misuse, or non-automotive applications is excluded.
The Process
Claims must be validated with the original Batch/Roll Number and photographic evidence. Upon approval, defective material will be replaced. Labor costs are not covered.
