We stand behind the precision of our films. If your order isn't right, we are here to fix it.

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Requests outside this window will be processed as warranty claims if applicable.

Item must be unopened, uncut, and in original packaging. Rolls that have been unspooled or installed are strictly non-returnable.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover technical inspection and warehouse handling.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item sent or manufacturing defect).
